Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

HEYYJUNIOR – RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

Goods once sold cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced unless there is damage to the product that occurred during shipment.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may only be considered in cases of severe damage, provided that:

• A complete unboxing video is recorded from opening the courier package until the product is fully checked.
• The video must be clear, without any cuts or pauses.
• The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.

To avoid fraudulent claims, we have implemented strict verification procedures. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Condition of Books

As we also sell preloved/used books, products may contain minor imperfections such as:

• Corner bends
• Slight cover dullness
• General wear and tear due to previous use
• Taped pages
• Slightly torn pages
• Library stickers or seals

We try our best to mention visible defects in the product description. However, in rare cases, some minor imperfections may go unnoticed due to human error. We request customers to kindly consider this before placing an order.

Please note that we do not sell books in unreadable condition.

Sound Books & Activity Books

• Sound books are checked for functionality before listing and shipping. However, if a sound book does not function after delivery, we are not responsible. In most cases, replacing the battery/cell resolves the issue.
• Art books, activity books, sticker books, puzzle books, search & find books, and spotting books may show signs of light prior usage. Please review carefully before ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is requested within 3 hours of placing the order through our WhatsApp support number XXXXXXXXX, a refund may be approved.

• Refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway and miscellaneous charges, approximately 3% of the order value.
• Cancellation requests made after the order has been processed or shipped will not be accepted.

Transit Damages

We take strict quality and packaging measures to ensure products reach customers safely. However, in rare transit damage cases:

• Replacement will only be provided if proper unboxing video evidence is shared.
• If the same product is unavailable in stock, refund will be provided instead.
• Requests for replacement or return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Delivered but Not Received Cases

If the courier tracking shows “Delivered” but the parcel has not been received:

• Customers must contact our WhatsApp support within 3 days from the delivery status update.
• After 3 days, courier companies do not allow disputes or investigations.

HEYYJUNIOR will not be responsible for parcels marked delivered but reported missing after the 3-day period.

No refund or reshipment will be provided in such situations.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or related to this website or purchases from HEYYJUNIOR shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
